• Lead deployment and configuration of Windows
  11 across desktops and laptops
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Windows
  11 environments
• Assist with migration from Windows
  10 to Windows
  11, ensuring data integrity and smooth user transition
• Configure and optimize user devices and related applications for performance and reliability
• Create documentation, guides, and user training materials for the new operating system
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices
• Provide ongoing end‑user support and resolve incidents promptly

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Proven experience in IT support with practical expertise in Windows
  11 deployments
• Strong knowledge of Windows
  10/11 administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools
• Good problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
