- Lead the implementation of the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) in collaboration with IT teams and vendors.
- Develop detailed project implementation plans with defined deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.
- Facilitate governance meetings, maintain risk and issue logs, and ensure timely stakeholder reporting.
- Manage project delivery to meet scope, quality, and budget expectations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage testing frameworks, service‑level performance, and contractual obligations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, and ISO 27001.
- Prepare periodic project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and process standardization across IT governance functions.
- Support strategic governance initiatives and cross‑departmental coordination within the IT Governance and Strategy division.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in IT project management, ideally within the financial or regulated sectors.
- Hands‑on experience leading TCoE and ISO certification initiatives.
- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are preferred.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, quality standards, and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and accountable for results.
- Work with a leading IT consulting firm delivering governance and strategy projects for major clients.
