We have an urgent requirement for Oracle Fusion FDI & Data Analytics Integration Specialist with experience in Power BI (Real Estate/Construction Domain). It is required for one of our banking clients in Sharjah.
At least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations is MUST.
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) – End-to-end implementation, dashboards, OTBI/BI Publisher MUST
- Strong experience in SQL, ETL, data validation, Fusion module + external system integration is MUST
- Strong experience in integrating Fusion modules (HCM, ERP, SCM, PPM) for reporting and analytics – Must
- Real Estate/Construction - Must
An Oracle Fusion FDI specialist focuses on implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle’s Fusion Data Intelligence solutions — enabling advanced analytics, semantic data models, and reporting over Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM, ERP, SCM, etc.).
Core Responsibilities- Lead implementation and end‑to‑end support of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and related analytics platforms.
- Architect, configure, and enhance data pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards for organizational reporting.
- Develop interactive analytics using Oracle tools (e.g., FDI dashboards, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud)
- Integrate and reconcile data from Oracle Fusion modules and external sources.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security best practices across analytics solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical models and analytical solutions.
- Provide training, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer for key stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and manage ongoing enhancements
- SQL proficiency, and data validation techniques.
- Design & develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that communicate business insights clearly.
- Connect to multiple data sources, perform data extraction and data transformation.
- Translate business requirements into actionable BI solutions and visualizations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers.
- Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting for BI solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation between Oracle Fusion modules and external systems.
- Conduct impact analysis for new module releases, patches, and updates.
- Develop custom analytics and KPIs for executive dashboards (e.g., C‑level reporting).
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy policies.
- Recommend enhancements to reporting strategy and analytics architecture based on business needs.
- Document all configurations, mappings, and data models; maintain a knowledge repository.
- Integrate data from:
Fusion Financials, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM) - Conduct SIT and UAT for FDI dashboards and analytics.
- Train the users in analytics interpretation.
- 5–8 years of Oracle Fusion end-to-end implementation experience.
- At least two successful implementations in the Construction and Real Estate industry.
