About the role
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Dynamics CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience working with Dynamics CRM 2016 or later, and be proficient in customizing forms, workflows, plugins, and integrations to support business requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop customizations, plugins, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise).Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows based on functional requirements.Develop and maintain custom .NET components (C#) and web services to integrate with external systems.Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and ensure platform stability and performance.Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather and refine requirements.Maintain system documentation and technical specifications.Ensure data integrity and implement data migration and synchronization procedures.Provide support for UAT, training, and post-implementation activities.Assist in deploying solutions and coordinating releases across environments (Dev, UAT, Prod).Ensure compliance with security and coding standards.Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016 or later) in an on premise environment.Strong hands‑on experience in:- Custom development using C# and .NET Framework
- CRM SDK, Plugin development, Custom Workflows
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Resources in CRM
- Integration tools such as SSIS, Web APIs, or custom connectors
Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server (T‑SQL, views, stored procedures).Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS for hosting Dynamics CRM.Experience with source control (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Git).Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and documentation skills.Location & Commitments
