IT Infrastructure and Network Assistant

Responsibilities

• Consult with suppliers to specify system requirements and design appropriate solutions.
• Maintain the existing IT infrastructure and upgrade hardware or software components that have become obsolete.
• Assist in the IT infrastructure administration and support activities.
• Design the IT infrastructure by determining the appropriate network hardware and software solutions that meet the Bank s requirements.
• Set up the IT infrastructure, including installation and configuration of hardware, databases, hosts, routers, and network configuration servers.
• Maintain the IT infrastructure through ongoing administration, security management, troubleshooting, and network services support.
• Assist in designing and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure initiatives aimed at improving the Bank s Information Security and Data Privacy posture.
• Maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and suppliers and coordinate directly with them regarding technical issues and outstanding matters.
• Regularly monitor and analyze network and system log files.
• Report all incidents regularly.
• Assist in the execution of IT projects.
• Carry out daily, monthly, and yearly operational processing procedures.
• Provide second-level day-to-day support to end users.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Security, and Project Management.
