Responsibilities
- Lead the service redesign effort for Workstream1
- Map the current AMAN service journey end-to-end
- Identify gaps and define the target-state service model
- Draft functional requirements in Arabic and English for the new e-services platform, CMS workflows, and mobile application
- Conduct stakeholder interviews with SCDA, building owners, AMC contractors, and internal SANED teams to capture service requirements
- Document current-state and target-state process flows using standard tools (Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent)
- Translate regulatory requirements from SCDA into structured functional specifications
- Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well-specified before development begins
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix for all platform developments
- Prepare Arabic-language service design documents for SCDA review and alignment
4–6 years in a Business Analyst, Service Designer, or Requirements Analyst role. Experience in government digital services, e-service platforms, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
