Head of Digital Delivery

Role Summary

The Head of Digital Delivery will lead the execution of the bank's digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of customer‑centric digital products, platforms, and services while maintaining compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives, including mobile banking, internet banking, digital onboarding, payments, and customer experience transformation programs.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and oversee cross‑functional teams comprising business, product, technology, and operations stakeholders.
• Develop and execute digital delivery roadmaps aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives and digital transformation agenda.
• Establish robust governance, risk, and delivery frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to drive innovation and accelerate digital capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, cybersecurity standards, and Islamic banking principles across all digital initiatives.
• Monitor delivery performance, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular progress updates to senior management and executive stakeholders.

• 12+ years of experience in digital delivery, technology transformation, or program management within banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Agile delivery, digital banking platforms, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications are preferred.
