We have an urgent requirement for Salesforce Consultant in Real Estate Domain is required for one of our clients in Sharjah.

Hands on Salesforce implementation, customization, or CRM consulting.

  • Proven Salesforce configuration skills including objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience in at least one full end-to-end Salesforce implementation lifecycle (requirement to go-live).
  • Integration project experience involving ERP systems, APIs, or third-party applications.
  • Real Estate Domain knowledge.
Job Summary

The Salesforce Consultant works closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. They play a key role in implementing, customizing, and supporting the Salesforce platform to align with organizational goals and improve sales, service, and marketing performance.

Core Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational goals and CRM strategy.
  • Conduct workshops and requirement‑gathering sessions to understand business processes and identify gaps between current systems and Salesforce capabilities.
  • Design and configure Salesforce applications including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and automation flows.
  • Develop and implement process automation using Salesforce Flow, approval processes, and other declarative tools to improve business efficiency.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data‑driven decision‑making for business users.
  • Lead or support end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Customize Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and collaborate with developers for Apex code, Lightning components, and advanced functionality when required.
  • Manage user security by configuring roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and ensuring proper access control across the system.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with external enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, and marketing platforms using APIs or middleware tools.
  • Perform data migration, data cleansing, and validation activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data.
  • Execute system testing activities including SIT and UAT, identify defects, and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
  • Manage deployment activities using change sets or CI/CD tools while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users to ensure effective adoption and optimal usage of Salesforce.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and security compliance requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and continuously recommend improvements, automation opportunities, and process optimizations.
  • Support CRM strategy development by providing insights, recommendations, and enhancements based on business needs and system capabilities.
Job Requirements Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management (with relevant IT/CRM experience) may also be accepted.
Experience
  • 4–6 years of Salesforce implementation, customization, or CRM consulting.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce platform in one or more clouds (Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and converting them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven Salesforce configuration skills including objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience in at least one full end‑to‑end Salesforce implementation lifecycle (requirement to go‑live).
  • Integration project experience involving ERP systems, APIs, or third‑party applications.
  • Exposure to data migration, data cleansing, and data management activities.
  • Experience in user support, training, and change management activities.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project environments is an advantage.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams including business users, developers, and project managers.
  • For senior roles: experience in solution design, architecture input, and leading Salesforce projects or small teams.
