SQL & SSRS Report Developer – Banking Domain

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain enterprise-level SSRS reports for banking and regulatory reporting
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards for business and regulatory stakeholders
• Gather reporting requirements from Compliance Finance Risk and Business teams
• Write optimize and maintain complex SQL queries stored procedures and data extraction scripts
• Improve SQL performance and optimize reporting solutions
• Work closely with Data Warehouse and ETL teams to source and validate reporting data
• Perform data validation reconciliation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory and financial reports
• Maintain report documentation data lineage and report specifications
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and continuously enhance reporting performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams throughout the reporting lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain data integrity in all reporting activities

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Mandatory experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, and Advanced SQL Programming.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development.
• Good knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL concepts, and Stored Procedures.
• Experience in Regulatory Reporting, Compliance Reporting, and Financial Data Management.
• Strong understanding of Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, and Data Quality Assurance.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SSRS certification or equivalent professional experience is an added advantage.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE with a valid Own Visa will be preferred.
