Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced Software Support & Tester to join our ERP software team. You will provide software support to customers, understand issues, test ERP applications, and report bugs clearly.
Responsibilities include testing new features, preparing test cases, coordinating with developers and customers, and maintaining documentation of issues and resolutions. Knowledge of SQL and tools like You Track, Jira or Trello is a plus.
