Dautom is seeking an Endpoint Support Engineer – Desktop Support (L2) to join a global client project in the UAE. You will resolve complex endpoint issues across Windows and macOS, manage imaging and deployment with SCCM/MECM and Intune, and ensure security and compliance within SLAs.
The role requires strong ITIL discipline, proactive collaboration with L1 and infrastructure teams, and experience with modern endpoint protection and cloud identity services.
