5–7 years in IT Infrastructure
We are hiring on behalf of a leading player in the flour manufacturing sector in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Executive to manage, secure, and optimize their enterprise IT environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of servers, networks, cloud systems, and end-user computing across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy, maintain, and support IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, storage, backup, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Monitor system and network performance; proactively resolve incidents.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls, and switches.
- Provide Level 2/3 infrastructure support to the internal helpdesk team.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file/print services.
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery, patching, antivirus, and security hardening.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers.
- Support IT audits, compliance, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Experience: 5–7 years in IT Infrastructure (Systems + Network + Security + Support).
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Networking: TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall concepts
- Virtualization: VMware or Hyper-V
- Cloud:
Microsoft Azure (familiarity required) - Backup tools, monitoring tools, antivirus solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
- Clear communication and coordination abilities
- Composed under pressure; incident management experience
- Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn
