Principal Consultant-PPM-UAE
Role – Principal Consultant Technology – Oracle Cloud Fusion Location – UAE (Onsite) Business Unit – ORCALL Compensation – Competitive (including bonus) Job Description
Own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM solution across Project Foundation, Project Management, Project Costing and Project Billing, in partnership with Client X's project and finance leadership, with the target solution baselined during the Discovery & Blueprint phase.
Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design for the PPM workstream — aligning project structures, costing and billing flows to Client X's operating model and integrating cleanly with Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and HCM/Payroll.
Own the PPM configuration workbooks (BR100), key design decisions and process-flow validation, using Infosys accelerators to speed up design and build.
Define and agree PPM scope boundaries — in-scope project types, costing and billing flows, conversions and integrations in scope; historical/closed projects and data archival out of scope — and elevate exceptions to the programme.
Your roleThe PPM Solution Lead holds solution accountability for the Oracle Fusion PPM workstream — design, build, test, cutover and go-live — within a phased, dual-track Oracle Cloud transformation spanning HCM, Finance, PPM, SCM, WMS, Reporting, AI, Integration and Data Migration. Based onsite, this role is the day-to-day face of the PPM workstream to Client X's project and finance stakeholders and the first point of escalation for PPM design and delivery decisions, delivering the Phase 1 go-live (HCM, Finance, PPM) alongside the Finance and Payroll tracks and supporting stabilization through the Implementation window.

- Own and govern PPM configuration and BR100 sign-offs, project/task/budget/cost/event conversion mapping and reconciliation, and PPM integrations and interfaces to Finance (GL/SLA), Procurement and HCM/Payroll labor costing — ensuring accurate, reconciled data across every conversion cycle from first mock run through production cutover.
- Drive PPM SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, business validation and sign-off in coordination with the testing track.
- Ensure PPM go-live readiness — configuration, data migration, integrations, security validation and user readiness — before production deployment.
- Support cutover execution for PPM — runbook tasks, dependencies and Go/No-Go inputs — and lead PPM stabilization and issue resolution during post go-live support.
