Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Business Systems & Technology Analysis
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS and management reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports to monitor departmental and operational performance.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from different systems and operational sources.
Use Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI to extract, analyze, and present data effectively.
Track key performance indicators and highlight variances, trends, gaps, and areas requiring management attention.
Provide meaningful data-driven insights and recommendations to support business and operational decision-making.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for management reporting.
Automate and improve existing reports and reporting processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to obtain required data and clarify reporting requirements.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of MIS reporting systems, dashboards, and SOP-related reporting requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, calculation methods, and reporting processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Strong practical knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data validation, and preferably Power Query.
Good working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Power BI or a similar business intelligence/dashboarding tool.
Experience in preparing management reports, KPI dashboards, operational reports, and performance analysis.
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and exceptions, and translate data into clear business insights.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in reporting and data validation.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage reporting deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in the automotive, workshop, fleet, maintenance, or service industry would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
UAE experience would be an advantage.
