Techno Functional Project Manager

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating complex requirements into actionable project plans Lead cross-functional teams fostering collaboration between business analysts developers QA and stakeholders to ensure project alignment Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution monitoring control and closure ensuring timely delivery Oversee technical design and architecture discussions ensuring solutions are scalable robust and meet business objectives

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Certification in Islamic Banking or Finance is highly desirable.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience leading banking technology projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects within Islamic Banking environments.
• Experience working with Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, and Regulatory systems.
• Strong exposure to vendor management and multi-stakeholder environments.

• Banking Applications and Core Banking Platforms.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• API integrations and system interfaces.
• Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
