Manage daily IT operations infrastructure systems and supervise the IT team Manage and maintain servers LAN WAN switches routers firewalls Wi-Fi VPNs TCP IP VLANs DNS and DHCP Administer Windows Server Active Directory Group Policy Microsoft 365 user accounts permissions and access controls Manage VMware Hyper-V storage backup disaster recovery and server environments Ensure IT infrastructure availability performance security and minimum system downtime Manage cybersecurity endpoint protection firewalls patch management access security and system vulnerabilities Provide and oversee troubleshooting of hardware software network server and connectivity issues Support ERP and enterprise business applications and coordinate system issues with users and vendors Manage IT projects including system implementations infrastructure upgrades migrations and technology improvements Manage IT assets hardware software licenses inventories warranties and technical documentation Evaluate technical proposals and coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for procurement implementation maintenance and support Prepare and monitor the IT budget and recommend cost-effective technology solutions Maintain IT policies procedures security controls backup and recovery procedures and system documentation Support IT requirements across company locations and sister companies as required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, including IT management experience.
Manufacturing/industrial company experience is required.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, VMware/Hyper-V, backup and disaster recovery.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, access control, patching, and network security.
Experience with ERP systems, IT infrastructure projects, and vendor management.
Strong troubleshooting, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Cybersecurity, ITIL, or Project Management certifications are an advantage.
