- IT Support Executive – Sharjah Location.
Responsible for the overall health and functionality of the company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
, with a strong focus on retail Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
, online sales integration, and Mobile NAV functionality
. This role is a central point of contact for end-users
, requiring proficiency in troubleshooting, system configuration
, and providing support across various platforms. Also provide support for the Microsoft Exchange system
, ensuring seamless integration and operations.
- Business Central and ERP systems
- Retail operations (POS and E-commerce)
- Mobile NAV and legacy systems
- Microsoft Exchange support
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support and system Infrastructure
. - Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
. - Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Windows OS and Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
. - CompTIA A+, Network+
