Digital Project Manager​/Hybrid Enterprise

Crowd is seeking a sharp, proactive Digital Project Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity, dedicated primarily to driving digital initiatives for our client, a prominent, industry-leading enterprise pioneer in sustainability, environmental management, and smart technology in the  this role, you will act as the core Digital PM embedded with our client. You will spend 2–3 days per week on-site at their headquarters in Sharjah (with the remaining days working remotely / from our agency office) to lead their digital ecosystem, web platforms, and content campaigns.

As the role evolves, there will also be opportunities to support broader agency accounts based on workload and capacity.

• Client-Embedded Digital Leadership: Spend 2–3 days weekly on-site at our client’s HQ acting as the primary digital PM, leading scoping sessions, requirements gathering, and digital roadmaps with internal department heads.
• Content Strategy & Sustainability Focus: Oversee digital content creation, editorial workflows, and campaign narratives. Ensure all digital assets accurately reflect complex sustainability, ESG, circular economy, and green tech messaging .
• End-to-End Digital Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of corporate websites, web applications, campaign portals, and interactive digital features from initial wireframes to live deployment.
• Vendor & Technical Coordination: Translate business objectives into detailed technical scopes, user stories, and execution tasks for creative design, UI/UX, and technical development teams.
• Bilingual Quality Assurance: Review, refine, and validate bilingual (
  Arabic & English ) web content, campaign copy, and localised user journeys across all digital touchpoints.
• Project Governance: Maintain project schedules, manage scope boundaries, eliminate delivery bottlenecks, and ensure projects launch on time and within budget.

• Experience: 4+ years of digital project management experience within a digital agency, management consultancy, or client-side corporate environment.
• Content & Sector Acumen: Strong background in digital content management, editorial strategy, and sustainability/ESG communications within the MENA region.
• Bilingual Fluency:
  Native or business-fluent written and spoken Arabic & English (Essential for client executive alignment and Arabic content verification).
• Technical Understanding: Deep familiarity with modern web CMS platforms (Word Press, Drupal, headless CMS), UI/UX design tools (Figma), web analytics, and digital integrations.
• Methodologies & Tools: Practical experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and project management software (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Work Setup: Full-time commitment with the ability to work on-site at the client’s Sharjah HQ 2–3 days per week, with remaining days worked remotely.
