Job Description
As a NOC Engineer supporting enterprise infrastructure and operations in Sharjah via MyHTP Tech, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of proactive monitoring, incident triage, and service level management. Your day-to-day responsibilities include actively monitoring enterprise websites, applications, APIs, network devices, Windows servers, and cloud services using Site
24x7 and engine-based monitoring platforms, rapidly validating alerts, performing first-line diagnostics (TCP/IP, DNS, Windows services, log inspection), and executing approved recovery actions. You will create, prioritize, and manage incidents using BMC Service Management / Helix / Remedy, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes. Furthermore, you will coordinate seamlessly with internal resolver teams and third-party vendors for swift incident resolution, participate in structured shift handovers, document troubleshooting evidence thoroughly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Create, prioritize, and manage IT incidents using BMC Service Management / Helix / Remedy, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and ITIL processes.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal resolver teams and third-party vendors for swift incident resolution and root-cause isolation.
- Participate in structured, detailed shift handovers and document troubleshooting evidence thoroughly across all shifts.
- Contribute proactively to continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives, operational playbook updates, and monitoring rule optimizations.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, server health metrics, and cloud resource availability 24×7.
- Provide rapid first-response triage and escalation for mission‑critical infrastructure outages and security alerts.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional hands‑on experience in an enterprise NOC, infrastructure monitoring, application support, or technical operations environment.
