Senior Data & Systems Analyst

The Senior Data and Systems Analyst within the IT Department is responsible for leading the analysis, management, and optimization of data systems to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design and implement effective data solutions, and ensure data quality and governance. The Analyst also develops insightful dashboards and reports, stays current with emerging technologies, and ensures the security and scalability of the data infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles and governance best practices.
• Experience developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
