You must hold a law degree, ideally with a focus on Civil Law systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day‑to‑day tasks related to managing company entities in the Middle East, including setting up, closing down, or making changes to business registrations.
  • Help review, draft, and organize different types of contracts and agreements, such as consultancy contracts and subcontracts.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations that may affect WSP’s operations in the region.
  • Support the legal team in managing the company’s corporate documents and activities in the Middle East.
  • Share observations and suggestions on corporate matters with senior members of the legal team.
  • Work closely with other teams to help manage WSP’s legal and corporate responsibilities in the Middle East.
Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
  • Recently graduated or possess up to 2 years of relevant legal experience, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to adapt to changing business needs and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within cross‑functional teams.
  • Show a proactive attitude toward learning and developing legal expertise.
  • Embrace new challenges with flexibility and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Must be a UAE National.
