Purchasing Manager

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Purchasing Manager role based in Sharjah.

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong knowledge of RFx, purchase planning, inventory planning, and import purchasing. Spare parts procurement experience will be an added advantage.

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement activities including RFx sourcing, negotiations, and purchase execution.
• Drive purchase planning, inventory planning, and import procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage supplier relationships, cost control, and procurement governance.
• Develop, mentor, and manage the procurement team to improve effectiveness and accountability.
• Build capability, coach, and drive performance across the procurement function.
• Ensure spare parts procurement in fast‑moving operational environments.

• Strong experience in procurement leadership.
• Hands‑on exposure to RFx and purchase planning processes.
• Working knowledge of import purchase and inventory control.
• Experience in spare parts procurement preferred.
• Strong people management, team development, and stakeholder management skills.
