Technical Procurement Engineer

This position supports procurement of aerospace materials, components, tools and equipment through supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order management.

• Support procurement of aerospace materials, components, tools and equipment
• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations
• Compare quotations based on price, quality, lead time and technical specifications
• Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Coordinate with engineering, production, stores and quality departments
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases and documentation
• Assist in vendor evaluation and development
• Ensure purchased items comply with technical and quality requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning
• Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules under senior guidance
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and aviation industry standards

• Bachelor's BE Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, 0–2 years of experience).
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Good negotiation and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
