A reputable logistics company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the logistics process, from transportation to inventory management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the logistics process, including transportation, inventory management, and documentation.
• Plan and schedule shipments according to client requirements.
• Communicate with carriers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics data.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the logistics process.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, procedures, and terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with carriers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
