- Lead sourcing and procurement of MEP materials, equipment and subcontract packages.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers.
- Review technical compliance of proposed materials with project specifications.
- Maintain vendor databases and support supplier evaluation processes.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams on procurement schedules.
- 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP procurement.
- Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation and contract management skills.
- Good technical understanding of MEP materials and equipment.
- Experience with procurement software/ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
