Purchase Coordinator

A well-established chemical manufacturing company in Hamriyah Freezone, Sharjah is looking for a Purchase Coordinator to support its procurement and sales operations. This role is suitable for a motivated professional with experience in purchase coordination, vendor management, and order processing.

• Coordinate with the sales team to process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
• Prepare sales documentation, maintain customer records, and ensure timely execution of orders.
• Manage procurement activities, including preparing purchase orders and following up with suppliers.
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate timely delivery of materials.
• Work closely with production, stores, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate sales and purchase records using MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Prepare periodic reports related to sales, purchasing, and inventory activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in local and international purchase or procurement coordination.
• Good knowledge of sales order processing, procurement procedures, vendor coordination, quotations, and RFQs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in Hamriyah Freezone, Sharjah.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Procurement processes, purchase orders, and supplier management.
  • Vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, and negotiation.
  • ERP systems, inventory records, and sales documentation.
