Resource Management Executive

We are looking for a Resource Management Officer with experience in the Telecom, Contracting, or Construction industry to plan, coordinate, monitor, and optimize company resources across multiple projects and locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manpower planning, equipment and vehicle coordination, material tracking, resource allocation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, and other resources based on project requirements.

Ensure optimum utilization of available resources across projects, departments, and locations.

Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, and Project Managers for staff deployment, transfers, replacements, and mobilization.

Monitor the availability, allocation, utilization, maintenance, and movement of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of material availability, consumption, stock levels, and requirements.

Monitor resource-related costs and identify opportunities for cost control and efficient resource utilization.

Maintain updated resource allocation trackers and prepare regular reports covering manpower, equipment, vehicles, materials, and utilization.

Coordinate with Project Managers and PMO to forecast upcoming resource requirements based on project plans and timelines.

Identify idle, underutilized, or excess resources and recommend their redeployment to other projects.

Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Accounts, Administration, Warehouse, and Project Teams to ensure resources are available on time and within approved budgets.

Relevant experience in Telecom, Contracting, Construction, or a related industry.

Proven experience in resource management, resource planning, or project coordination.

Strong knowledge of manpower, equipment, vehicle, and material management.

Good skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets and resource tracking.

Strong coordination, planning, communication, and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and resource requirements simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

UAE experience will be preferred.
