Logistics coordinator

A fast-growing logistics company in Sharjah is seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate and monitor shipments from start to finish
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Track inventory levels and manage stock levels
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct cost analysis and negotiate rates with suppliers
• Continuously improve processes and procedures for efficient logistics operations
• Provide outstanding customer service and address any issues or concerns

• Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in Malayalam or Arabic is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with logistics software is a plus
• Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
