Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This job is suitable for candidates with good English speaking skills and no prior experience required. Preference may be given to candidates who have their own visa.

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and washing floors
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers
• Change bed linens and make beds
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Replenish supplies such as towels, toilet paper, and soap
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when replenishment is needed
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow established safety procedures while performing duties

• Good English speaking skills required to communicate with guests
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods

This job requires working in a fast-paced environment with a mix of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. The Housekeeping Assistant may also be exposed to cleaning chemicals on a regular basis. The work schedule may include weekends and public holidays.
