Responsibilities
- Repairs or replaces ceramic tiles in washrooms, kitchens, battery rooms, etc. of the building and various sites.
- Checks areas requiring breakage, cement plastering, etc., and attends to the repair renewal.
- Reports and reviews the work with a superior and follows up.
- Refurbishes floors and replaces defective PVC floor tiles.
- Fixes site demarcation poles to identify new sites.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial for navigating project complexities.
