Job Summary

The CRC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing engine and hydraulic repair operations within the Heavy Machinery & Equipment Workshop. The role ensures efficient workshop performance through effective team leadership, technical support, resource planning, and coordination of warranty and PSP-related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily engine and hydraulic repair activities.
  • Assign tasks and monitor technician performance.
  • Diagnose complex engine and hydraulic system issues.
  • Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Coordinate warranty repairs, claims, and PSP activities.
  • Plan and optimize manpower, tools, and workshop resources.
  • Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance jobs.
  • Maintain accurate workshop records and reports.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Education:

    Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:

    7+ years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance and repair, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment repairs.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
  • Familiarity with warranty processes and PSP coordination.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of workshop safety standards and reporting systems.
