Al Bustan Hospital is searching for an active Housekeeping Supervisor. You will lead the cleaning staff to keep all hospital areas very tidy and safe for our sick patients.
Key Responsibilities- Check all patient rooms, doctor offices, and waiting areas every morning to make sure they are spotless.
- Make sure the cleaning team uses the correct hospital soaps and disinfectants to kill all germs.
- Teach new workers how to use the cleaning machines and how to handle hospital trash safely.
- Report any broken lights, leaky pipes, or damaged furniture to the maintenance team immediately.
- Experience:
2 or 3 years working as a supervisor or head cleaner in a hospital, school, or luxury building. - Skills:
Must know how to plan the daily work schedule for the team and keep the cleaning supplies inventory full. - Visa Status:
Must be ready to join our hospital team fast with a cancelled visa or clear NOC paper.
- Salary: 3,000 - 4,000 AED monthly base pay, depending on your leadership experience.
