Cleaner Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of cleaners
• Inspect all areas of the premises to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Create cleaning schedules for different areas and assign tasks to team members
• Train new cleaners on proper cleaning techniques and company policies
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used correctly by the team
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders when needed
• Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

• Previous experience in cleaning and supervising a team is preferred
• Good command of English is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year, with potential for extension based on performance.

This position does not provide accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Sharjah.

Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning and supervision is preferred.
