• 1.3 Prepares and also embellishes all woodwork i.e. doors, architrave's, window andskirting boards.
• 1.4 Strips and prepares all wall surfaces to take new wall surface paper as and when advised todo so.
• 1.5 Repairs and keeps existing wall surface treatments.
• 1.6 Performs preventative maintenance routines for all enhancing jobs asguided by the Chief Engineer.
• 1.7 Workouts an optimum stability scenario as concerns the operation of the Hotels responsibilities. In specific areas specialist supports will be suppliedwhere essential.
