Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation repair and upkeep operations of our companys facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance procedures managing teams ensuring safety compliance and minimizing equipment downtime to support continuous operations.

• Plan schedule and oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Manage and lead a team of technicians electricians and maintenance staff.

• Monitor and ensure efficient operation of mechanical electrical and HVAC systems.

• Develop and maintain a maintenance budget controlling costs without compromising safety or performance.

• Implement and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.

• Maintain records of inspections maintenance logs and safety checks.

• Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers for specialized services.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance and equipment reliability.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5 years of maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Strong knowledge of building systems electrical and mechanical equipment and safety regulations.

• Hands-on experience with CMMS and maintenance scheduling.

• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Certifications such as CMRP PMP or equivalent in maintenance or facilities management.

• Experience in manufacturing industrial or large-scale facilities.

• Familiarity with lean maintenance or reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
