- Support project managers in resolving operational challenges.
- Report operational performance and risks to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company operational standards.
- 20+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent MEP projects.
- Strong resource planning and operational leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and reporting abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
