To lead and manage the delivery of MEP contracting projects from award through to handover ensuring quality cost schedule and safety targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall project execution across mechanical, electrical and plumbing scopes
- Develop and control project budgets, cash flow and profitability
- Lead site technical planning and QA QC teams for coordinated delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and main contractors
- Monitor progress against the master schedule and drive corrective actions
- Ensure full compliance with contractual, quality and safety requirements
20+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP contracting, including project management roles. Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP packages end-to-end. Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management. Excellent leadership skills across multidisciplinary teams. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; PMP preferred.
