We're hiring an experienced Head of Sales – Off-Plan with strong experience in the Sharjah market for our Sharjah Branch.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – Off-Plan to lead our Sharjah branch. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Sharjah off-plan market
, proven leadership experience, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Sharjah off-plan projects.
• Lead, coach, and grow the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with developers, investors and clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Monitor market trends, team performance and sales targets.

• 5+ years of UAE Off-plan real estate experience, specifically in Sharjah.
• 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
• Strong off-plan sales experience.
• Must be able to bring a minimum team of 8 members.
• Strong developer/investor network and leadership skills.
• UAE-based candidates only.

Existing team of 15 members and strong relationships with leading Sharjah/Dubai developers.
