CPOV & Fleet Manager | Honda & Trading Enterprises

The CPOV Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing Trading Enterprises Pre Owned Fleet operations across the UAE executing strategic sales initiatives across corporate SME and dealer channels. This role requires a comprehensive management approach to ensure synergy among stakeholders and meet growth budgets. Managing a team of nine direct reports, the manager is tasked with expanding the business's market footprint while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

This role directly impacts the financial health of the organization by optimizing fleet sales, pricing strategy, stock management and customer relations.

• Develop and roll out CPOV commercial programs for all brands ensuring consistency and sharing of best practices.
• Roll out and maintain CPOV presentation standards including digital visibility and brand standards ensuring consistency across all brands.
• Set sales targets and drive KPI achievement for teams encouraging evaluations and refurbishments while liaising with Dealer Principals for performance management.
• Manage stock including reconditioning costs stock mix trade-in penetration and ageing stock and provide monthly reports on performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to coach sales executives develop action plans for improvement and ensure completion of all required training.
• Compile reports to provide transparency on business health offering analysis and recommendations to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with Dealer Principals Automall and Aftersales to ensure effective use of matrix reports in sales buying and estimation.
• Coordinate and manage buy-back returns including negotiations inspection processes and residual values.
• Engage with Centres of Excellence to share information report findings and roll out best practices and initiatives.
• Ensure customer service and satisfaction through adherence to sales processes comprehensive follow-ups and improvement based on feedback.
• Deliver budgeted fleet volume and gross margin ensuring monthly target achievements and budget adherence.
• Enhance market penetration by introducing initiatives and business opportunities aiming for growth in market share and customer base expansion.
• Secure and manage fleet tenders and contracts with UAE Government organizations fostering revenue growth from these contracts.
• Participate in fleet product planning supply chain and marketing providing customer feedback and collaborating on marketing plans to maximize revenue.
• Manage fleet pricing strategies to optimize gross margin and unit sales against budget goals.

• Advanced stock management and tactical commercial program development skills.
• Proven abilities in negotiating and closing deals effectively while interpreting and leveraging P&L for used cars.
• Exceptional training, coaching, and leadership skills to manage and develop sales teams.
• Highly developed quantitative and analytical skills with computer proficiency for data evaluation and presentation.

• Strong knowledge of the used car sales and buying process, including F&I systems and methodologies.
• Substantial experience in Pre-Owned multi-site management within a franchised automotive environment.
• Proficiency in operating within the B2B sector, with a focus on commercial results and KPI delivery.
• Arabic speaking ability is preferred, alongside proficiency in English.
