Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC operator to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting and maintaining CNC machines, while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is committed to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating/programming, adjusting and maintaining CNC machines

• Ensuring that all machines are running safely and efficiently

• Reading blueprints or instructions from an engineer or supervisor to determine dimensions or tolerances

• Troubleshooting any machine issues or problems that may arise

• Performing regular maintenance on machines as required

• Following all safety regulations while operating machinery

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator

• Working knowledge of programming languages such as G-code or CAM software

• Ability to read engineering drawings accurately

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Strong problem solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to lift heavy equipment when needed
