Factory Machine Operator (No English Required, Full-time, Sharjah, UAE) We are currently hiring a full‑time Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating factory machines and equipment to ensure that production runs smoothly. This will include overseeing the machines during operation, making sure that they are set up correctly, monitoring the process and adjusting where necessary. The Machine Operator will also be expected to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the machines and coordinate repairs as needed.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of mechanical processes and enjoys working with their hands. The ideal candidate should have an aptitude for problem solving as well as strong attention to detail to ensure accurate results. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
