Production Engineer

We are looking for three experienced Production Engineers specializing in Steel/Metal Fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidates must have a strong background in production planning, team management, and quality control while ensuring smooth workflow and timely material delivery for multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and oversee the fabrication of steel structures, ensuring production timelines align with project deadlines.
  • Prioritize multiple projects efficiently to meet production goals and client requirements.
• Quality Control & Inspection:
  • Conduct thorough QC inspections at every stage: receiving materials, cutting, fit-up, welding, painting, packaging, and delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality requirements.
• Supervise material procurement, inspection, and utilization to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
• Ensure familiarity with steel material specifications, grades, and industry standards.
• Manage and oversee the production team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Provide guidance and technical support to workers for efficient operations.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports on production status, challenges, and quality issues.
  • Work closely with site teams, project managers, and designers to coordinate fabrication and ensure timely material delivery.
• Process Optimization:
  • Continuously improve production methods to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the fabrication process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in steel fabrication within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of steel material specifications, grades, and fabrication techniques.
• Experience in planning, quality control, and team management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent coordination skills with site teams, managers, and designers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address production challenges.
