Designation:
Chemical Engineer

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday Off)

Salary: AED 10000

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chemical Engineer to lead our Blending and Laboratory Department
. The ideal candidate will oversee formulation development, quality control, laboratory operations, and blending activities while ensuring product consistency and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and process-development skills to support production efficiency and high-quality output.

Responsibilities
  • Perform chemical analysis and technical physical property testing of materials and products.
  • Develop producion processes & designs.
  • Coordinate and perform various tests.
  • Analyze data to develop conclusions.
  • Communicate results of analysis and research to senior management team.
  • Prepare necessary daily reports.
  • Quality control for each producƟon.
  • Develop new and effective formulas.
  • Manage the factory laboratory testing equipment.
  • Blending Raw material to finished product
  • Taking care of blending team.
  • Qualifications & Skills
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in chemical blending, formulation, or manufacturing
    • Must have experience in Lubricants industry.
    • Strong understanding of chemical properties, testing methods, and laboratory standards
      .
    • Proven experience in quality control, process development, and product formulations
      .
    • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams
      .
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
    Skills
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in chemical blending, formulation, or manufacturing
    • Must have experience in Lubricants industry.
    • Strong understanding of chemical properties, testing methods, and laboratory standards
      .
