Designation:
Chemical Engineer
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday Off)
Salary: AED 10000
We are seeking an experienced Senior Chemical Engineer to lead our Blending and Laboratory Department
. The ideal candidate will oversee formulation development, quality control, laboratory operations, and blending activities while ensuring product consistency and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and process-development skills to support production efficiency and high-quality output.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in chemical blending, formulation, or manufacturing
- Must have experience in Lubricants industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical properties, testing methods, and laboratory standards
. - Proven experience in quality control, process development, and product formulations
. - Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams
. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in chemical blending, formulation, or manufacturing
- Must have experience in Lubricants industry.
