About the Client:
A trusted manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for FMCG and pharmaceutical industries based in Sharjah
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across UAE sites with full P&L accountability
, driving production, engineering, and maintenance performance. - Spearhead Lean transformation, OEE optimization, waste reduction
, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with FSSC, ISO, safety, and customer standards
, strengthening operational discipline and governance. - Oversee SAP integration, capex projects, plant expansions
, and build strong second-line leadership to support the next five-year growth agenda.
Qualifications:
- 10 years in manufacturing (10+ years in senior leadership), ideally in Rigid Plastic Packaging, with multi-site experience.
- Strong background in Lean, OEE, Kaizen, and process discipline (Six Sigma Black Belt preferred).
- Proven SAP-led shop-floor digitization and system adoption (mandatory).
- Hands-on, execution-driven leader with a track record of building high-performance teams.
