Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations between office and factory
- Communicate with buyers regarding orders, specifications, and delivery schedules
- Monitor production planning and ensure timely order completion
- Track inventory and production status
- Prepare order and dispatch reports
- Coordinate shipments and logistics
- Maintain accurate operational and order records
- Resolve issues between factory, buyers, and management
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of production planning and factory operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics
- Ability to liaise effectively between factory, office, and buyers
- Time management and planning skills
