Salary - upto 10 K AED Job Purpose
To support and lead the production operations of the Folding Carton division, ensuring efficient execution of printing, coating, foiling, die‑cutting, and finishing processes while maintaining quality, cost control, safety, and delivery commitments.
Required SkillsMust have strong technical knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, substrates, varnishes, inks, and foils, along with team leadership and shop‑floor management capabilities.
Must have Industry Exposure- FMCG folding cartons
- Food cartons (low migration ink systems)
- Luxury packaging (foil & embellishment-heavy jobs)
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Printing Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
- 6–10 years of experience in Folding Carton production.
- Minimum 3–4 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role.
- Hands‑on experience in UV coating, speciality varnishing, & foil stamping is mandatory.
