Baker, Manufacturing ​/ Production

A well‑known bakery in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team.

• Prepare and bake a variety of products including breads, pastries, cakes and other desserts.
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency in taste and appearance.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust settings as needed.
• Ensure all baked goods are properly labeled for allergens or dietary restrictions.
• Stock display cases with fresh products throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, measurements and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good time‑management skills to ensure products are ready for sale on time.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and experience following proper hygiene practices.

Salary: 1800$ per month.

Location:

Sharjah.

Working Hours:

Full‑time, 8 hours per day, with willingness to work on weekends if required.

Not provided by the company; preference will be given to candidates already residing in Sharjah or who have their own accommodation arrangements.

Language:
Must be able to communicate in English. Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
