Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet business targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Lead, train, and manage plant staff to achieve high performance
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor plant KPIs, budgets, and operational reports
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and supply chain teams
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and infrastructure
- Handle audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Plant Manager or in a senior plant operations role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and performance management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational goals
