Responsibilities
Craft and innovate unique juice blends using fresh high-quality ingredients, ensuring each recipe meets taste and nutritional standards. Operate and maintain juicing equipment, conducting routine cleaning and inspections to prevent downtime and maintain hygiene. Monitor inventory of fruits, vegetables, and supplies and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking to ensure continuous production. Implement and adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices, ensuring all products meet health and safety standards.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with culinary arts or food science education. Minimum of 2 years of experience in food production or beverage preparation, particularly in a juice bar or café setting. Certification in food handling and safety (e.g., Serv Safe) is highly desirable to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience with commercial juicing equipment and a strong understanding of ingredient functionality and flavor pairing.
