Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, priming, and cleaning to ensure a flawless finish.
- Select and mix paint colors according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other tools, maintaining even coverage and minimizing runs and drips.
- Inspect painted surfaces to identify imperfections and perform touch-ups as needed for quality assurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive painting is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive painting or a related field.
- Certifications in painting techniques or hazardous materials handling are highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes.
